On-Call Help Outside the Normal Plow Schedule
ASRE offers on-call and priority snow service for commercial properties when storms or ice need attention outside a normal plow schedule. Services include plowing, salting, walkway clearing and snow pile management in Allentown and the Lehigh Valley. Call 610-797-3212 to discuss conditions, the work needed and service availability.
Call ASRE about a blocked entrance, heavy snow accumulation or a newly frozen walkway. Tell us what changed, which parts of your property are affected and whether you already have a winter service agreement. For urgent snow removal, call ASRE to confirm availability and the work you need. Call rather than sending an online inquiry when you have a current snow or ice problem.

What to Tell Us When You Call
ASRE addresses the priority areas agreed on for your storm-related request.
- Plowing commercial entrances blocked by new snow accumulation
- Clearing drive lanes and parking aisles for vehicle movement
- Managing snow piles that crowd the available pavement
- Clearing walkways and steps leading to building entrances
- Salting paved areas after snow has been moved
- De-icing entrances and pedestrian paths affected by freezing
- Discussing additional visits when weather changes the site conditions
How it works
How to Request Priority Snow Service
- 01
Call with the property location
Call 610-797-3212 and give the full address, your name and a contact number. Explain whether the property is a business, HOA, church, school or another commercial location.
- 02
Describe the access problem
Identify the blocked entrance, affected lanes or icy walking route instead of only reporting the total snowfall. Tell ASRE whether parked vehicles or deliveries limit access to the areas needing work.
- 03
Explain existing arrangements
Mention your seasonal contract or other snow service schedule, if you have one. Ask about work outside your current arrangement and confirm availability and scheduling.
- 04
Agree on the priority work
Separate immediate access work from wider lot clearing, pile management or additional walkway treatment. The property layout and current conditions determine which services belong in the request.
- 05
Keep changing conditions clear
Report additional snowfall, refreezing or a different blocked access point when it changes the work needed. Discuss any further visits with ASRE. Continuous coverage is not automatically included.

For Businesses and Shared Commercial Properties
On-call snow service fits commercial properties facing a problem beyond their usual plow schedule. A business might have a snowbank restricting its entrance, while an HOA needs attention along shared walkways. Churches and schools need to discuss the access routes connected to planned use of the building. Facility managers should identify both vehicle and pedestrian priorities when calling. ASRE serves commercial sites throughout Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton, Emmaus, Macungie, Whitehall and surrounding areas. Call to confirm service availability and scheduling, and tell us which areas need work.
Project example
Commercial Winter Work From a Local Operator
ASRE has operated from Allentown since 2001 and is locally owned and owner operated. Commercial snow removal is part of its service offering, alongside salting and de-icing, walkway clearing and snow pile management. The company also offers seasonal contracts and on-demand service and belongs to SIMA. For an urgent request, that range of services matters: a property manager has one number to discuss accumulated snow, an icy entrance and the piles taking up usable pavement.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers to the questions we hear most. Need something else? Give us a call.
How do I request emergency snow removal?
Call 610-797-3212. Give the property address and describe the specific snow or ice problem, including any entrance that is blocked or path that people are using. Mention an existing service agreement and identify yourself as the property contact. Call ASRE to confirm availability, the work you need and scheduling for a service visit.
Do you promise an arrival time?
Call to confirm availability and scheduling. Snow accumulation, road conditions, site access and the work requested affect an on-call job. Discuss availability and expectations directly with ASRE when you call. Need snow service outside your normal schedule? Call to confirm crew availability and arrival timing.
Can you help if ice is the main problem?
Salting and de-icing are part of ASRE's commercial winter services. Explain whether the ice is on a walkway, entrance, ramp or parking area and whether snow is also covering the pavement. That distinction matters when defining the work. Ice treatment and plowing address different conditions, and the requested work should reflect what is happening at the property.
Should I arrange priority service before winter?
Discussing the property before storms arrive gives you a chance to identify entrances, walkways, snow storage areas and the normal service schedule. Ask how an additional request would work under your seasonal agreement. If you use on-demand service instead, confirm how to request a visit. Review how many visits your plan includes. Neither arrangement automatically includes unrestricted visits.
What if snow piles are blocking part of my lot?
Describe where the piles are and which parking spaces, lanes or entrances they affect. ASRE provides snow pile management as part of its commercial snow services. A request to address piled snow is different from clearing fresh snowfall, so explain both conditions if they occur together. Confirm the work needed and access limitations when you call.
