A Retaining Wall and Entry Rebuild With Drainage Work
ASRE's retaining wall, drainage and entryway project involved more than replacing visible masonry. The lower-level entry had failing walls and grading that directed water toward the doorway. ASRE selectively demolished masonry and slab components, installed new footers, rebuilt the retaining wall system and regraded the area for natural water movement away from the entry. The work maintained lower-level vehicle access, reused portions of the roof structure and incorporated a landscape boulder wall. Glass entry elements added natural light to the rebuilt approach.
