ASRE helped transform a campground recreation area with demolition, grading, pool-area concrete, a splash pad with 100+ jets, retaining walls, steps, walkways, 14,000 square feet of broom-finished concrete, water slides, fencing, river rock and future lazy river preparation.

A campground recreation-area build with demolition, grading, an in-ground commercial pool, enclosed pump house, splash pad coordination for 100+ jets, retaining walls, walkways, two water slides, fencing, river rock, landscaping and 14,000 square feet of broom-finished concrete seating area.
Challenge
The campground needed a recreation area that could handle guest traffic around the pool, splash pad and seating zones. The site required full demolition, extensive grading, limited-access coordination, precise splash pad layout for more than 100 jets and drainage points, and a highly constrained schedule around multiple active-use areas.
Solution
ASRE completed the hardscape and concrete scope around the commercial pool area, including site preparation, grading, an in-ground commercial pool area, enclosed pump-house coordination, structural retaining walls, integrated steps and walkways, commercial fencing coordination, decorative river rock, landscape enhancements, 14,000 square feet of broom-finished concrete seating and circulation area, two water slides, decorative saw cuts and preparation for a future lazy river installation.

Finished Result
The finished recreation area gives guests a defined pool and splash pad setting with durable concrete surfaces, safer circulation, cleaner edges and commercial-grade hardscape support for seasonal use. Multiple crews worked around the clock to keep the project moving without sacrificing concrete placement, finishing or decorative saw-cut quality.
